Nice Fit

The Louis Vuitton Spring 2024 Men’s Capsule Collection designed in collaboration with Tyler, The Creator is an independent ready-to-wear line that offers an intuitive link between two visual universes, merging elegance with a sophisticated preppy spirit. The collection is expressed in trans-seasonal silhouettes founded in the colors and functions of the season. Melding Tyler, The Creator’s iconography with that of Louis Vuitton, the emblem of the collection is a Craggy Monogram hand-drawn by the artist himself. Rendered in chocolate, vanilla and pastels, it evokes the creamy colors and liquefied textures found in the patisserie. Individual pieces are inspired by school uniforms, and showcase classic chinos and shorts with pleats and hems worn with dandy shirts dotted with graphic details. The collection also includes shoes and various accessories. The silhouettes display resolute shades and technical materials that are suitable for all seasons, making for a timeless addition to any wardrobe; LouisVuitton.com.

Art As Dialogue

The works of Afro-Caribbean visual artist Kandy G. Lopez represent marginalized individuals who inspire and move her, and are created out of the necessity to learn something new about her people and culture. Her inspiring second exhibition in Arlo Wynwood’s Living Room Gallery Series, Our Shadow Remains aims for viewers to ponder a sense of community and clarity. “I would like people to see themselves, critique, question the repetition, and try to come up with answers for themselves,” says the artist. “Most times, we look for answers from others and don’t take the time to ask and answer the questions within.” On view until May 15; ArloHotels.com.
